The following testimonials were written by just some of my happy sellers and buyers. They have all been kind enough to give me permission to show you their correspondence. Their letters and words are very gratifying. It seems that my down-to-earth and honest approach has earned me many friends - I think that's fantastic!

Russell Thom is a fantastic realtor! We highly recommend him. We were listed for approximately six months with another realtor but to our dismay our apartment was not selling. So the search began for another realtor. We re-listed with Russell and our place sold in roughly a week. Upon the sale of our old apartment and purchase of our new house Russell was very accommodating to our busy schedules and very informative. He really knows his stuff!

In our past experiences with realtors, we have noticed them to be quite pushy or aggressive when things were not going very well. We did not find this to be the case with Russell.

In addition, Russell saw that possession of our new house ran smoothly and efficiently. Something that we find to be a rarity with most realtors, normally; after the papers are signed they are nowhere to be found! There was a small leak in the furnace of our new house, we were unable to to have someone come in to fix it prior to our possession date, Russell came to the house while we were moving from our old apartment, let the repair man in to fix it and even paid for it! Certainly gives you peace of mind whether you are selling or buying or both!

Russell's service was outstanding.  Also, when I initially talked to you on the phone, I really liked your interest and enthusiasm.  I called another realtor before you but he was very curt and didn't seem particularly keen for our business.

In terms of your service -- it was outstanding.  I particularly liked that you always kept in touch and informed us every step of the way - either by phone, left a VM or an e-mail.  You explained everything very thoroughly.  You also went out of your way to help with every aspect of the sale and made sure that you took the load and responsibility of the details off our shoulders.  I can think of a couple of things - finding the repair person for our appliance repair and even letting him into the apartment so we didn't have to go to that trouble as well as finding and arranging with a lawyer for our legal matters. You were friendly, personable, approachable, very organized and above all committed to us in selling our property. We were very satisfied and extremely pleased with the price we received for our property.  We have dealt with other realtors over the years but none comes close to the service that you provided. Our expectations were not high because we had used three different realtors before from other companys and we didn't have the best results.
