    These days, there are many online inquiries from buyers and realtors. I will always answer their questions to the best of my ability to promote a sale.


    Reviewing Contracts of Purchase and Sale submitted for the seller's consideration
    I will go over and explain every contract or form with you to ensure that you have a complete understanding of all the details before you sign anything.


    Present all offers to the seller

    In person is best, but sometimes you may be away on business or just busy, I can scan and email, text etc. to make sure that we deal with any offers in a timely manner.


    Assist in removal of conditions, offer and completion process,

    Keeping the seller informed regarding the progress of the transaction

    If an offer is accepted, there is usually a subject/condition removal period. During this time the buyer will diligently research the property, strata minutes/documents. I am always available to help in any way and will report everything to you.


    Assisting in the completion and possession process

    After a successful removal of all subject/conditions, a date will be set for the buyer to take possession of the property. I will meet with you after you have moved your belongings from the property to collect the keys, remotes, alarm codes etc. to pass along to the new owners.
