We had not used One Percent before so were not sure of the quality of service that we would receive but as I will state later, Russell's service was outstanding.  Also, when I initially talked to you on the phone, I really liked your interest and enthusiasm.  I called another realtor before you but he was very curt and didn't seem particularly keen for our business.

In terms of your service -- it was outstanding.  I particularly liked that you always kept in touch and informed us every step of the way - either by phone, left a VM or an e-mail.  You explained everything very thoroughly.  You also went out of your way to help with every aspect of the sale and made sure that you took the load and responsibility of the details off our shoulders.  I can think of a couple of things - finding the repair person for our appliance repair and even letting him into the apartment so we didn't have to go to that trouble as well as finding and arranging with a lawyer for our legal matters. You were friendly, personable, approachable, very organized and above all committed to us in selling our property. We were very satisfied and extremely pleased with the price we received for our property.  We have dealt with other realtors over the years but none comes close to the service that you provided. We would not hesitate in any way to recommend you to others.

Our expectations were not high because we had used three different realtors before from other companys and we didn't have the best results.
